Youth Jiu Jitsu (7-13 year olds)

Youth Jiu Jitsu students are taught discipline, respect and honesty. They are pushed through strength and conditioning, and learn teamwork through drills and exercises. They are taught the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu, for competition and self defense. Kids learn to defend themselves against opponents of any size, and become leaders by assisting new students.

Adult Jiu Jitsu

Adult classes consist of rigorous warmups, drills, technique, and sparring. Jiu Jitsu teaches adults how to defend and submit opponents or attackers of any size or shape. Each body type has its advantages and disadvantages in fighting, and through Jiu Jitsu, students will learn how to use their body effectively. Jiu Jitsu teaches students discipline, respect, humility, and to overcome fear and adversity.
